Maybe you are on a journey of changing your lifestyle to one that is a bit more healthy or maybe you just want to read about all the ins and outs of switching from a fast food/junk food diet to an all natural diet and what to expect. Either way I am glad that you are here. I am a fast food junkie and I love my chocolate and candy and breads too but after turning 40 and hating the way I looked and felt I decided I needed to make some changes in my life. I have recently decided to change my diet to a Paleo lifestyle diet in order to reboot my metabolism and to help me become a lot healthier and hopefully thinner.
This blog is all about my day to day successes and struggles in an open, honest and hopefully humourous daily journal. I welcome your thoughts, comments, recipes and questions but ask that if you don’t have anything nice to say then leave the page. I have beaten myself up for 40 years and am trying to do something positive now so I don’t need others to tell me I am fat, I know I am but I am now doing something about it. Can you say the same?

I mean if I can make this change then almost anyone can make the change because I lived off processed and sugary foods and thought nothing of it but now I love meat and veggies and a piece of fruit for dessert hits the spot.
